CHAPTER 1

Renesme's POV

I opened my eyes, seeing my mom and dad right in front of me in the cafeteria in Forks High School. Beside me was Jacob. My destiny, my soul mate, my other half, My Life. To our right was Uncle Jasper and Aunt Alice. They were whispering something in each others ears. Giggling and laughing at each other. To our left was Uncle Emmett and Aunt Rosalie. Aunt Rose was resting her head on Uncle Em’s shoulder. Talking about their anniversary or something. I didn’t listen; I didn’t care what was happening now. All I cared was that Jacob was here beside me. His arms around my shoulders.

Suddenly, dad growled angrily. We were all shocked at his behavior. He was only like this when there’s a problem, or something he doesn’t like is happening. Since hes a mind-reader, I wonder what is happening.

“Edward? What’s wrong?” mom asked dad.

“Do you see those five boys over there?” turning his gaze at the five boys with their heads together, like theyre having a special meeting.

“There Mike’s, Austin’s, Tyler’s and Eric’s grandkids” dad said grouchily.

“Really? So which is which?” Aunt Alice said, amused.

“The two russet skinned boys, theyre Tyler’s. He married a Makah. That’s why his grandkids are quite dark-skinned.” Dad said.

“That one, in the center. Hes Mike’s, with Jessica.” I felt mom open her mouth, and then shut it tight.

“That’s nice. They actually did end up together.” Mom said flatly.

“The one with the eye-glass, who could guess whose grandchild is that?” dad asked at everyone.

“Eric” Aunt Alice said in matter-of-fact tone.

“Eric” mom agreed.

“Eric” dad said. Knowing their assumption is correct.

“So that means that short, orange head is Austin’s?” Aunt Rose asked.

“Yes” dad said, with a little amusement in his tone. “With Lauren”

I saw all of them widened their eyes.

“Wow, I didn’t expect that” mom said.

“Neither did I” Aunt Alice murmured

“Well, who knew? There was NO connection between them before.” Dad said

“Humans are strange” Uncle Jasper said.

“You got that right” Uncle Emmett added.

“Well, haven’t anyone noticed that Nessie and I don’t get what you’re saying?” Jacob said.

“Well, Jake, Nessie, Their grandchildren of our former classmates her in Forks” dad said.

“Not only that!” Aunt Alice almost yelled. “Their granddads were head-over-heels for Bella when she first arrived here”

“Really?” I asked. Totally surprised, I didn’t know she was appealing when she was human.

“Well, who wouldn’t?” dad said. Then he kissed mom on the nose.

“Ugh. Not in public! Please!” Jacob yelled.

“Yeah, as if you don’t kiss Nessie in front of a lot of people” Uncle Emmett countered.

“Whatever”. Jacob replied.

I just laughed.

“But, why were you so grouchy” mom asked.

“Yeah dad- I mean Edward.” I said.

He chuckled at my reverie. Then sighed heavily. “Their cursing the male Cullens” he said in disgust. “Including you too, Jacob, you’re already a part of our family.” Dad continued.

“See, Mike Jr. right there wants Bella, and Austin Jr. wants Rosalie, then Eric Jr. is drooling over Alice. And the twins, – I’m referring to Tyler Jr. one and two – are fighting over Nessie” dad ended.

Dad’s arm was like a steel girdle on mom’s waist, while Uncle Jasper and Uncle Emmett were glaring viciously at the boys who wanted their girls. And to my surprise, so was Jacob. He looked at the twins as if he would rip their heads off.

“I guess, wanting my Bella runs in their blood” dad murmured.

Mom stroked his cheekbone with her fingertips and said, “Don’t worry the want maybe in the blood. But not the appeal” she teased. Dad just smiled at her.

“Jasper, Don’t glare at him. His not worth taking your frustration out on. You’ll always be my choice, you know that” Aunt Alice said, then smiled and kissed Uncle Jasper’s cheek.

Uncle Emmett was still glaring and so was Jacob.

Aunt Rose and I rolled our eyes. “Stop it Emmett, His body, His face, and most especially his character and kisses will never match yours.” Aunt Rose said. then she stood and cupped his face and kissed him full in the lips. The crowd watching was awed by them. Then after the kiss, she sat and winked at him. “See.” Aunt Rose ended.

Then I notice Jacob was really shaking. I held both his hands in mine and held them tight. “Jake, please calm down. Their not worth wasting your effort, sweetheart.” I said coolly. Of course they weren’t. Jake and I were married for crying out load! Maybe hes jealous again. Aw, hes cute when hes jealous.

“Sure, sure” he replied.

I raised one eyebrow and looked at him. He was still glaring at the two boys. This irritated me. So, I cupped his face too. Like what Aunt Rose did with Uncle Emmett. I kissed him, but longer. I heard dad clear his throat.

I giggled, and then stopped.

“Fine, we’ll let them off the hook, but they should keep their hands and thoughts to themselves” dad spoke for all the ‘male Cullens’. Then Uncle Emmett and Jasper together with Jake nodded thoughtfully.

We cullen girls just sighed in relief. I even managed to smile up at Jake, who smiled back.

CHAPTER 2

Jake, Uncle Emmette, Uncle Jasper and Aunt Rose stood and went to their first junior class. Why did Jacob have to be a year before me? That’s so unfair!

“Nessie, don’t be absurd.” Dad said suddenly, maybe he heard what I was thinking “Can’t you see his size? He should be a year before you”.

“Yeah, I know. Sorry dad.” I said.

“It’s all right, hon.” Mom said.

I just nodded.

“Shall we?” Aunt Alice asked in her windchime voice.

“Let’s go.” I replied.

I was holding Aunt Alice’s arm, while mom and dad were walking hand and hand towards our first class: Biology.

Aunt Alice and I were seatmates, and so were mom and Dad. I forgot today was our first day in Forks high school. I forgot that we have to move away from Alaska because a nosy little brat was having out-of-this-world imaginations. So we moved, knowing the risks involved.

As the teacher went inside our room, she noticed the shouting and noise so she cleared her throat. Noticing our new faces, I guessed she remembered us: the new students. She made us stand and introduce ourselves. Dad was first.

“My name is Edward Cullen” dad said in his velvet voice. I noticed all the girls, including the teacher herself, looked at dad with awed eyes. Next was mom.

“My name is Isabella Hale, but I prefer to be called Bella” mom said the boys’ mouths were hanging open. Mom giggled at their reaction. So did Aunt Alice and me.

“Hello. My name is Alice Cullen” Aunt Alice said suddenly. I noticed the boys’ gaze shift from mom to her. Then, before I knew it, it was my turn. I let out a heavy sigh.

“Hello, My name is Renesmee Cullen, but like mo- I mean Bella, you guys can call me Nessie” I said. And yet again the boys’ gaze shifted to me. Then the four of us together, I notice some of the students' awed faces towards us.

Thanks to our introductions. We didn’t have class. So we just went out and went to our next class. My next class was history, with Uncle Emmett and Jacob. I was thrilled that were going to be together.

At our history class, some of my classmates, and Uncle Emmett’s and Jake’s were there. Knowing us already, we didn’t need to re-introduce ourselves. The teacher started the lecture. Uncle Em, Jake and I were caught off guard when the lesson was going to about mythical creatures. The three of us suppressed our laughs.

“Who could give me examples of mythical creatures?” the teacher asked.

The three of us raised our hands. Uncle Em was first to be noticed.

“Vampire!” he said out loud, and guffawed. I reached my balled fist towards him. And he smacked his big fists with mine. Good thong there was no force with it.

Then the teacher pointed to me.

I stood “Shape-Shifter” I said, then sat down and winked at Jake. He just smiled at me.

“Mr. Black” the teacher said then nodded towards him.

“Werewolves” He said.

“Okay” the teacher said. “These are examples of American Myths. But who can give an example of a Greek Mythical creature?” she ended.

That reminds me. I’ve a book about that. I saw a picture about a Centaur. It was a half human-half horse kind of creature. It was said to be kind but not wanted. A hybrid. Just like me. Except there were a lot of Centaurs in the book I’ve read. I felt jealousy towards them. There were only a few of my kind. We were an unwanted breed. – I shook my head to shake off the stupid analogy I just had. – Knowing an answer I raised my hand

“Okay, Ms. Cullen” The teacher said.

I heard Jake said, “More like a Mrs. Black to me” under his breathe, too low for human ears to hear. I giggled a little.

“Um, a Centaur?” I said.

“Yes, that’s correct Ms. Cullen–” the teacher said but was cut off the bell “Class is over. You may go now”

As I got out I waited for Jake and Uncle Emmett. Then I saw them.

“Jake!” I squealed.

“Hey there” he said to me. Then he kissed me full in the lips.

“Oh c’mon! Not in public! PLEASE!” we heard Uncle Emmett. I noticed he was repeating what Jake said in the cafeteria.

Jake and I just laughed. And we headed straight for the parking lot. – We always went here when there’s no class. – And the teachers said we should all go home because there will be an all teacher conference in school, so, no class.

I was first of the three of us but Jake was just a few inches behind me and Uncle Emmett was tagging along.

As I came out the door, the twins stopped in front of me.

“Hi Nessie” they both said.

“I’m Ron” the first one said. I noticed he has a cropped hair like Jacob and his skin was a little bit darker than his brother. “And I’m Ronnie” said the second. His hair was spiky not chopped and like I said his brother's skin was darker than his.

“Uh, hi I’m Nessie” then I felt an arm around my waist. I looked up and saw Jake. Then I smiled at him. “And this is Jacob” I said. Then I notice Uncle Emmett beside us. “Oh, and this is Unc – I mean Emmett” gesturing towards him.

“Uh, hey.” Ron said.

Uncle Em and Jake smiled devilishly at them.

“Well, it was nice meeting you Nessie” Ronnie murmured “Uh, you too, um, Jake” he nodded at Jake “Emmett” then at Uncle Em.

When they left Uncle Em and Jake laughed so loud. They didn’t even stop laughing until we reached my dad’s car. Everybody notice they were laughing, and asked why. They told about the “coward-twins” and how they looked. And when the description was over, dad and Uncle Jasper joined in,

While us girls didn’t. The males noticed and looked confused.

“You think it’s funny?” mom asked.

“Yes” dad replied.

“Edward Cullen!” mom scolded dad.

“Why? Those poor boys!” Aunt Alice cried.

“Alice, Em and Jake were just kidding around” Uncle Jasper said to his her.

“But still! You two could have ruined our image! Carlisle wanted us never to be rude. And what did you two do?” Aunt Rose almost yelled “Especially you Emmett!”

“Oh c’mon! We were just teasing. Weren’t we Jake?”

Jake nodded, unashamed by what he did.

“Jake! That wasn’t nice!” I scolded him.

“Aw, C’mon Nessie! We didn’t mean any harm! You know that!” He replied, pleading a little.

“Whatever, Jake” I countered.

I turned my back at him. And I wasn’t the only Cullen Girl turning her back at her soul mate. Aunt Rose was really torturing Uncle Emmett. She was ignoring him even though he on his knees. And to my surprise Aunt Alice and mom were chatting. Ignoring and turning their backs on dad and Uncle Jasper. In my irritation there was a hint of anger. I went to chat with mom and Aunt Alice, also ignoring and turning my back on Jacob.

“Let’s go girls. I wanna have a slumber party.” Aunt Rose obviously wanted us to ignore the boys. But we went a long. It was a good thing that Aunt Rose brought her Mp3 player. So we rode towards home without a Y chromosome near us.

CHAPTER 3

As we finished chatting and having pedicures at our slumber party – that Aunt Rose decided to have out of irritation – in Aunt Alice’s overly-large room.

Mom, dad, Aunt Alice and I were walking in the hall when Aunt Alice suddenly said, “Edward, this has been bugging me.”

“What is it Alice?” dad asked

“Well, I’m curious, how did you know those boys were our former schoolmates’ grand-kids?”

“Oh, about that, I misunderstood they’re conversation from last time, they are actually Tyler’s, Austin’s, Eric’s and Mike’s great-grandchildren.”

“They were chatting about their great-granddads at lunch?” Aunt Alice asked perplexed.

“Well, it’s been a hundred years, and I’ve been training to try to read more than the current thoughts of others”

“Are you saying you’ve been practicing to try to read all of the thoughts of others?”

“Yes”

“And how did you do?”

“Well, I’ve known that those boys are grandkids of our former classmates because of practice”

“I don’t get it Edward” mom asked.

“Hmmm, well, love, I can almost read all the thoughts now, if I want to.”

“Almost?” mom, I and Aunt Alice asked in unison.

“Yes, I can only read half of what they’ve thought”

“I see” mom murmured

“But, how was it I didn’t see you do it?!”

“Well, I was thinking of my family, including Renesmee, as always”

She sighed then pouted. Dad and momchuckled but I just rolled my eyes.

When we were at the door, Aunt Alice suddenly dashed off, and then dad – maybe reading Aunt Alice’s mind – took mom’s hand with his left hand and mine with his right.

I saw everyone gather in a circle around my family and the boys we’ve been talking about. It seems they’re having a fight or something.

I saw the older twin looked at me then smiled, what was his name again? Ummm…Ron! That’s it. Why is he looking at me like that?

Then he shifted his awed face from me to glare at Jacob, who is in front of him. Then I saw Uncle Emmett in front, his arms were folded in his chest and so were Uncle Jasper's. Aunt Rose and Aunt Alice seemed to be holding them back, because they were holding the back part of my Uncles’ shirts.

Uncle Emmett noticed our entrance and said, “Well, we're all here, what is it that you want?” Uncle Emmett demanded from the five boys. Hmmm, let me see if I remember their names.

Well, I know Ron and Ronnie, who were at the very back, and Michael Newton, then beside him was Allen Yorkie, and the last, I do not remember.

“His name is August, Nessie” dad whispered. So, now I know them all. So? What’s the point? I’ll forget them after a decade, anyway. I heard dad chuckle at my thoughts. I merely pouted.

Then, I saw Jake who was next to me when we were near enough. He looked angry.

“Jake? What’s wrong?” I asked.

“We don’t know, but these morons have been bugging us all morning”

We entered the circle where my family is, each mate beside mate.

“Now, what do you want!?” Uncle Emmett demanded of them again.

“Simple, we want to challenge the four of you” Michael pointed at dad.

“How so?” dad asked, his voice polite, but I know he already knew.

“We want to prove ourselves that we’re better boyfriends for them than you” August said, his tone was so sure. I let out giggle. Seriously! How can they beat my Uncles and my dad? Especially my Jacob?

“And how will you do that?” aunt Rose asked. Her tone was like the tone someone uses when they say: You’ve got to be kidding!

“Well, we want the girls to choose” The cullens all let out a laugh.

“What’s so funny?” Allen demanded.

“I doubt you’d win against our boyfriends” Aunt Alice said, her tone was insulting.

“Oh really!?” they answered in unison.

“Wait, if you do beat us. What’s the price?” dad asked, emphasizing the word if.

“Simple, we take your girlfriends to the prom, we make a love story get married and have kids”

I raised one eyebrow, and laughed. We all did.

“Okay, then, Can you beat Emmett in arm wrestling?” Aunt Rose asked, asking August.

“Sure I can!” he replied instantly. How confident of him. Too bad he would be embarrassed.

“All right, let’s go then!” Uncle Emmett yelled. Then he walked towards the forest, he stopped and laid his elbow on a rock that’s perfect for arm-wrestling. I noticed all the student body was watching.

“Well? What are you waiting for!?” Uncle Emmett demanded.

“Emmett, I think Carlisle won’t approve of this” mom said from behind dad. Dad was holding mom’s waist. Everyone in the family nodded. Even Uncle Emmett.

“Shall we?” Aunt Rose said.

We all walked away from the forest, but when we were at the mouth of the forest August yelled, “So, you’re backing out?”

“No, Carlisle just won’t approve of this” Aunt Alice said, her voice was seductive. “Good-bye now”

“Wait!”

Aunt Alice sighed, and then turned to look at him. “Are you all so desperate for us to be your prom dates? Is that worth embarrassing yourselves in front of the student body?”

The four boys just looked down. Aunt Rose snorted. “I thought so” she said.

As we went to dad’s Volvo, “Well done, Alice. At least, they won’t bug us again” dad said.

“Ugh! And I wanted to kick August’s butt!” Uncle Emmett yelled.

“Well, do you think kicking his butt is worth it for Carlisle to be put to shame?” mom asked.

Uncle Emmett looked down and sighed.

“Let’s go home” I said. “I’m tired of all this drama”

They just giggled and chuckled at me, and we drove towards the mansion.

CHAPTER 10

Dad parked the car inside the garage; I went to my Vanquish and touched its frame. I still can’t believe it’s mine. I smiled happily that it was.

“Nessie!” someone yelled, I looked up to see who it was. It was Zafrina with Kachiri, Senna, Nahuel, Huilen and Salem behind her.

“What is it Zafrina?” I asked

She was in front of me then, she hugged me tightly. My brows furrowed, I was confused. “Zafrina, is something wrong?”

“We need to talk” she said, looking at me then she looked at my family, “all of us”

We followed her inside the mansion; Carlisle and Esme were holding hands sitting on the sofa. Pain in their faces.

“Zafrina, how can you be sure?” dad asked.

“Salem, encountered a vampire last night when we were hunting out of the border. He was a father of hybrid, like Edward, he also tried to save his wife. But the mother could not handle it. Salem saw that Caden does not want to harm any humans. He killed the hybrid for killing its mother, and let the vampire wonder in pain”

I saw mom’s shocked expression, well, I saw everybody’s. And me? I couldn’t feel any expression on my face. I couldn't even move. I was terrified that this Caden might kill my family.

“What can we do Zafrina?” Grandpa Carlisle asked “What can we do to stop him?”

“We have chance; you see, he only hated the vampire and the child for they killed a human.”

“Why does he love humans so much when they are his dinner?” Aunt Rose asked.

“His quite similar to Edward and Carlisle” Senna said her tone flat.

“They’re ways are like his” Kachiri added in the same flat tone.

“What do you mean!?” mom demanded “His behavior is no way near my Edward’s!”

“Calm down mom!” I said. And she just sighed and tried to fix her expression and relax.

“That’s not what” Senna said, still in flat tone “we mean” Kachiri continued, tone also as flat.

“Then what is?” Grandma Esme asked.

“Caden, like Carlisle was a doctor when he was human, and even when he was a vampire, he cared for them, and he doesn’t drink their blood, he goes to blood bank and buy there. And when he met Abianne, he did what Edward did with Bella” Nahuel said.

“Why were they not able to have a child then?” Grandpa Carlisle asked.

“Abianne even as human was not able to reproduce. She has an illness” Salem answered.

“I see”

Salem just nodded thoughtfully.

“Salem could you please tell us the full history of Caden?” dad asked

Salem nodded and started to speak.

I wasn’t interested in listening, so I excused myself and went upstairs. Of course Jacob followed me to my room – I have a room here in the mansion and in the cottage, But the design was the same, so, it never bothered me – I sat up in my bed, and Jake sat beside me. He put his arms around my shoulders and I rested my head on his shoulder.

“Nessie, are you all right?” Jake asked, his tone was anxious.

“I’m fine, it’s just that I don’t want to do anything right now, and yet I want to do something!” I was whining. I don’t know what I could do to stop this mess.

Jake kissed me full on the lips for a brief moment then said, “It’ll be alright Nessie” I nodded, of course it is, Jake was here, with me, and that’s all I need.

“So…” Jake, suddenly said, changing the topic “I’m curious, why was that Ron kid smiling at you?”

Well, that caught me off guard, “I don’t know, guess he thinks he’ll win if we did decide to accept their moronic challenge”

Jake snorted. “He wishes”

“He does, it’s obvious in his face, they both do” I replied. I shuddered remembering them, stalking me last year.

He snorted again, “You are Edward’s daughter”

That made confuse, so I just said, “What!?”

He pursed his lips, the said, “well he told me that along time ago”

“I don’t get you”

“Well, you could say I’m obnoxious. But still, I got my hopes up. So, listen, I kissed your mom. She got angry at me and punched me in the jaw, and she broke her hand. When we came to her house Edward was like about to kill me, And we made up through a conversation.”

“Wait! You kissed my mother against her will!?” I demanded

“Yeah, and I’m sorry about that”

“Jake! How could you be such a moronic, obnoxious DOG!?”

“Ouch, that stings Nessie”

I sighed. “Sorry Jake. I’m her daughter. I should feel that way”

“I know, and I’m sorry. Can we leave the past behind?”

“Sure I guess”

“Oh by the way, you are truly Edward and Bella’s daughter”

“Why!?”

“Well, after I kissed Bella, that’s what she told me too.”

“She did?”

“Yup”

“How about the part about dad?”

“Well, after what I just told you, I sorta said: Whst if she wanted to kiss me? Then, your mom was like: he wishes! And your dad said: he does.”

“Now, I get it”

He just shrugged.

“Jake?” I asked

“Yeah?”

“You are obnoxious!” I yelled. Pain shot through his face. And I know how to make that frown up-side-down. I kissed him full in the lips and said, “But that’s why I love you”

He smiled and said “I love you too” and our lips were back again.

We kept on talking about our memories, and joking around like two perfect love birds. I know I might have forgotten a lot of memories, but I know, this is one of my best memories, that I can never forget.

CHAPTER 11

I opened my eyes, and I saw a beautiful black cocktail dress hanging in front of my bed. I ran towards it and saw a note. I took it and read, it wrote:

 

Nessie,

        This dress is for you, I was out shopping lat night, and I also bought a dress for your mom, Aunt Rose and myself, I know Bella is going to freak out, but I know you won’t. I chose the color black you’ll look adorable in it. Oh, by the way, the Amazon Coven is out to hunt again. So, you won’t see Salem or Nahuel anywhere today.

P.S - I want you to come straight to me after you read this.

 

I looked at the dress, it was perfect. I love it!

So, I did what Aunt Alice said, but when I ran towards the door, I heard mom shout in fear. I ran as fast as I could towards mom and dad’s room.

When I got there I saw mom’s horrified gaze towards the blue cocktail dress hanging in front of closet, I don’t need any other special gift to know it was from Aunt Alice. And like Aunt Alice said, mom freaked out. I laughed a little and went inside their room.

“Bella, please calm down” dad soothed mom.

“Alice” mom said the word as if in threat

“Bella, it’s not like she did this for the first time.”

“Alice! Alice!” mom kept on yelling as she took the dress and ran out the cottage.Dad sighed when she jumped out the window. She looked kinda cool when she did that.

“Dad?” I asked as I went closer to my father.

He sighed again. “Fix yourself; we need to catch up with your mother”

I giggled a little and then said, “On it”

I dashed out of the room, and like I said before it took me only 5 minutes to fix myself. When I was done, dad and I were able to catch up with mom.

“Bella, calm down already!” dad yelled. Mom stopped and looked at dad and I sighed.

“I’m sorry. I’m prone to over-reaction” mom said, sheepishly.

Dad chuckled. “It’s okay love. And since you were planning to go there now, and Nessie was planning to go there before, so let’s get going.”

“Okay” mom said. Mom gestured her hand towards me and I took it. The three of us were walking hand in hand as we walked towards the mansion.

“Mom, why do you hate dresses and prom so much?” I asked.

“Hmmm… well, I hated it when I was human, maybe the habit just stuck”

I laughed out loud and dad suppressed a laugh himself.

Mom sighed. “If I was still a human I would be scarlet red right now” mom whined.

“Sorry” dad and I said.Mom just sighed again.

 

As we walked towards the mansion, I saw Aunt Alice’s head pop out at the window on the 2nd story of the mansion.

“Hurry up Bella! You too Renesmee!” Aunt Alice yelled. I smiled and mom frowned. Good thing I brought our dresses.

As I walked inside the room I saw my Uncles each holding a tux. And to my surprise, Jacob was there too, and also holding a tux.

“Jake?” I half-shouted half-whispered.

“Nessie!” Jake yelled. “I’m sorry, I went out to hunt and when I came back you weren’t there so I came straight here, but it seems that I beat you guys to it” he teased.

“Yeah, yeah” I replied using the same tone he uses. He chuckled at my response. I eyed the tux he was holding. And that made me smile. I don’t know why but it did.

“Nessie! Bella! Get up stairs so that I can prepare you!” Aunt Alice yelled. I happily followed but we had to drag mom. “Esme will prepare the boys”

When Aunt Alice said that, I practically stopped and looked at Jake, my mouth fell open, and my expression was a mix of shock and humor. Jake turned bright red. then Aunt Alice pushed us upstairs.

 When we got to Aunt Alice’s room, I saw Aunt Rose. She was already wearing her dress, seeing hers perfect it was like looking at a Da Vinci masterpiece, only it was in real life.

“Alright Rose, you take care of Nessie, I’ll handle Bella”

Then suddenly, Aunt Rose pulled and commanded me to wear the dress, she then styled my hair, it was the usual curls, but she put some highlight in it and put two red hairclips in my hair just above my temples.

Aunt Rose then put some make up on me; I felt her put lipstick, blush, eye shadow and other cosmetic stuff on my face and neck.

When I was allowed to open my eyes, I saw mom, Aunt Alice and Aunt Rose look at me, seeing them, and it was like seeing three angels from heaven. But when I looked at the mirror beside me, I saw a beautiful reddish-brown haired girl. I couldn’t believe the fact that I was looking at my reflection.

“You look beautiful, Nessie” mom said, adoration in her voice.

“You did great Rosalie!” Aunt Alice squealed, looking at me then at Aunt Rose.

”I only followed your instructions Alice” Aunt Rose replied. They both smiled happily.

Mom came to hug. “I still can’t help myself seeing you so beautiful” she said. I blushed scarlet red.

“Thanks, mom.” I muttered. She just smiled.

“So, where’s Jake , dad and my Uncles?” I asked.

“Esme is preparing them, don’t worry Nessie” Aunt Alice answered.

“Shall we, then?” Aunt Alice asked.

“Let’s” Aunt Rose replied, mom and I simply nodded.

We glided elegantly down the stairs, as I looked down the ground floor of the mansion, I saw my dad, Uncles and Jacob in tuxes. They were all so perfect. Each of them held a rose.

I soon noticed that Aunt Rosalie was first to go down, Uncle Emmett went to her, gave her the rose and kissed her full on the lips. After the kiss they smiled at each other and went to ride Aunt Rose’s BMW, this time Uncle Em was the one to drive.

Next was Aunt Alice, the same thing happened to them, Uncle Jasper gave her a rose, kissed her and went out to ride in Aunt Alice’s Porsche.

Mom and dad’s was quite different, when mom went down, dad kissed her passionately and said, “I love you” mom smiled and replied, “I love you, too”

And they went too, riding in dad’s old Volvo.

 My turn came, I glided gracefully down and Jacob kissed full on the lips as well, he handed me the rose and said, “You look like an angel sent from heaven for me, Ness” I giggled and kissed him back.

I noticed Grandma and Grandpa were gone.“I love you too, Jacob” I replied, adoration in my tone.

He smiled and said, “Shall we?” I nodded and we headed straight towards my Vanquish.

CHAPTER 12

Jake parked my Vanquish in front of a grand hotel, for the first time – well, as mom and dad, and the rest of my family had remembered – this was the first time that Forks High School’s prom was set in a grand hotel. I was speechless when I saw it.

The rest of my family was waiting for us in front f the entrance door. When Jake and I got there the teachers made us enter with our partners, and it was according to the names of the males. Forks in this tradition, never changes.

Students are not allowed to bring dates out of school property or what so ever. How ridiculous. Well, it doesn’t bother me, my Jacob is always with me, and I would find a way to make Jacob be my partner if he wasn’t in my school. Heck, I’ll even threaten a teacher if I have to. But then again, that would never happen. Jake will always be with me.

We strode elegantly towards my family, I saw some students’ jaws fall, it was hilarious. But I suppressed it and just giggled. Mom gracefully met me and Jake when we were near, she hugged me tightly.

“Nessie!” mom yelled.

I raised one eyebrow "mom, it’s been like, 30 minutes. Calm Down” I said.

Mom squealed. “Well! It’s not my fault Alice is a Genius!” mom was half whining, half-yelling “Ugh. You’re so beautiful!”

I shook my head slightly. “Oh, mom”

 “But it’s true!” she said, and then she turned her head towards Jacob, “Isn’t it Jake?”

Jacob chuckled. “Of course it's true. But still, even without the help of Alice, Renesmee would always be beautiful” then Jake kissed me full on lips while mom and the rest of the family laughed and giggled.

But, I can feel dad was just rolling his eyes. But as our kiss molded perfectly, we were interrupted by a clearing of a throat. I looked to see my bearish Uncle Emmett, his face was brightening up, and a teasing smile was spreading across his face.

"You know, we might get suspended for allowing PDA under school activities, Jacob” he teased.

Jake just snorted and snapped, “Like you and Blondie don’t do that all the time!”

“Shut up, dog!” Uncle Em sounded pissed, he hates it when he gets corrected when hes not correct. But did he just call Jacob a dog again?! How many times do I have to tell them to stop doing that? It’s just plain irritating!

“UNCLE EMMETT! DON’T DARE CALL JACOB A DOG AGAIN!” I yelled, my tone was a threat.

“Wow, scary Nessie.” He chuckled; does he think this is funny? “But of course, I dont want to upset you, and by means upsetting you, I’m also upsetting Bella and Edward. And in which case, is now glaring at me” I turned my head towards my father’s direction, I saw him giving Uncle Emmett a death-glare.

“Calm down, Edward” mom soothed.

I just rolled my eyes, but we suddenly heard a feeble exclaim, “Cullens! Hales! What are you doing? Get inside! Now!” the new teacher yelled at us.

Aunt Alice just shrugged and took Uncle Jasper’s hand and said, “Well, let’s go then.” She walked towards the door, more like dancing actually. But it seemed to me, I walk quite the same as my family does.

But as we walked towards the door, a scent caught our attention.

I know that scent.

It smelled perfect. No perfume in the world can compare it, as mom once said.

But this scent, it scared me. This… is a …scent… of a….Vampire.

An unknown vampire.

As I looked at the direction of the scent, I saw him. And he wasn’t alone. Will they be new comrades or would they be new enemies?

I just don’t know. All I know was that I was frozen like a statue, that was hovered by 6 vampires a and a wolf. Oh no.

CHAPTER 13

I was shaking too much, I couldn’t handle it. So I let go and kneeled down. Jacob was beside me when I fell. His arms were strong yet so gentle.

“It’s okay Nessie, calm down…Shh... It’s alright honey. I’m here. Are you okay”  Jacob whispered.

I just cried silently in his chest, “Jake- don’t you go far away from me. Not even a mile! Please!” I begged.

He chuckled. “Do you think I can do that Nessie? I can’t even go an inch. And you expect a mile?” he snorted.

“Please!” I begged.

He kissed the top of my nose. “Of course I won’t leave you. I will never dare do that”

I just hid in his chest. I felt his arms strong around me, he was helping me stand. Then I felt his lips near my ear, “you need to stand Nessie” dad said before Jacob could say anything. I just felt Jacob shrug and sigh.

When I recovered enough energy, I could stand on my own, but I was still in Jacob’s arms, and I didn’t want him to let go.

“Hello” dad said as we faced the unknown vampires, my arms tight around Jacob’s waist.

“Hmmm…I believe you’re the Cullens? The Olympic Coven?” the male vampire in front said. He was wearing black robes similar to the Volturi. Too similar. The other two were wearing similar robes.

“Yes, that is us. And yes, you have heard correctly” dad informed him.

He nodded. “Well, my name is Henry, this is Jessica and Jeron. As you can see, we are the new members of the Volturi. We joined them ten years ago”

“I see, I must ask you to meet my father. For we have no correct understanding of this situation” Dad said.

“Of course. Well, shall we go?” Jessica said, her voice was similar to my Aunt Alice’s voice. But hers was a little bit too high.

I saw dad nod and say, “Alice” his tone was flat. Aunt Alice nodded and dashed inside the hotel. She was back after a minute. She must have taken care of the teachers.

“Can we go now, then?” Jessica asked again.

“Of course” Dad replied.

“Then, led the way” Jeron said. While having a step back and gesturing for my dad to lead.

“Nessie, climb on my back” Jacob suggested. I nodded and climbed. As I was settled we dashed off. I notice Aunt Alice and Uncle Jasper were left behind. This made me confused.

"Don’t worry Nessie, they are just going to get our cars” dad answered the question in my head.

We got to the house in a couple minutes. I saw that Aunt Rose’ BMW and dad’s Volvo were already parked in the garage and as we went inside my Vanquish and Aunt Alice’s Porsche arrived. I sighed in relief.

Grandpa Carlisle and Grandma Esme met us in the living room, dad quickly explained.

“I see” grandpa Carlisle said. He turned his gaze towards the guests’ direction. “Welcome, we are the Cullens”

Henry nodded. “Yes, I know. Aro told us many great things about the Cullens, especially Carlisle, which I assume is you. We have already introduced ourselves among your coven members, but of course I will do it again. I am Henry, this is Jessica and this is Jeron”

Grandpa nodded. “Yes, thank you. As you said correctly, I am Carlisle, and this is my wife Esme, and these are our children. Edward and his mate Bella, their daughter Renesmee, and her mate Jacob, Rosalie and her mate Emmett and finally Alice and her mate Jasper”

“Ahhh, yes. Aro told many great things about you all. Especially in the case of Renesmee. And I have great news that Aro wanted me to tell you.”

 Good News? What good news could the Volturi give to my family? And yet still, this made me curious. I was tired but i fought against it because of my curiousity.

CHAPTER 14

As Henry was about to say something the Amazon Coven came in.

“Ah yes. This is the Amazon Coven” Henry nodded.

" How did you know? do you have a gift?" Asked zafrina

“Yes, I know. I have the gift to know all information about our kind, to know their names, gift or talent and even their strength and weakness.” Henry said smugly.

“I see. May we know the other two’s gifts?” Zafrina said from behind.

“Of course. Jessica has the talent to know the meaning. And Jeron knows the intentions”

What? I don’t get it. Knowing the meaning and intentions? What does that mean!?

“I can see you are all confused. Well, let me give an example. A woman is crying. Jessica sees the meaning. She sees that the woman has lost her child. And Jeron sees the intention. He sees that the woman grieves for her child and that someone would hear her and help”

“I see. No wonder the Volturi wanted you three.” Dad said.

“Edward” mom soothed him.

“But may I ask what Good News you wanted to give us that Aro wanted to share himself?” Aunt Rose asked. Her tone was flat, but I can sense the hate in it. I wonder why she would hate them. She hasn’t met any of them. Well, not that I know of, anyway.

“Ah yes. The Volturi had heard of your problem about Caden and his little troop. And Aro dislikes any discomfort of Carlisle or Renesmee. He had said that she is too special to lose. Even though she is not unique, she is still very rare.”

“And Aro also heard about what he had done with Salem and Nahuel’s sisters” Jessica said.

“So, he wanted for us to take care of this problem” Jeron continued.

“You took care of Caden?!” Salem half-yelled, half-whispered to Henry and his comrades.

Jeron suddenly stood. “Yes. And not just him, his small allies too. He was very easy. Jane and Alec were right not to come. It was like taking candy from a baby!” Jeron announce with confidence.

Jessica stood and put her hand on Jeron’s shoulder to make him sit. “Calm yourself, Jeron” she said. He just nodded and sat still.

I was still too caught up by the fact that we don’t need to fight anymore, the fact that me, Nahuel and Salem are safe and not tracked, anymore. I was so glad that it made me cry tears of joy. My family suddenly hovered and hugged me. Mom was first to catch me. She hugged me fiercely, and so did dad, hugging both mom and me.

“Are you all sure that Caden is dead?” Senna asked.

“Very Sure” Henry replied. “We did it ourselves”

I saw Salem cry but with a smile on her face. And so did the other Amazon Coven members, but I doubt that they will cry. Nahuel was hugging his sister, and soothing his Aunt.

“Well, thank you for what you have done. We appreciate it” Zafrina said.

“Yes, we truly do” Carlisle added.

“Yes, well, we’re just following orders. But we’re glad for you. Now, we must leave. Thank you for the hospitality.” The three of them stood and dashed off out the door.

But Jessica stopped in the mouth of the forest and said, “Good-bye. Aro wanted to give his regards. We’re sorry we forgot that” after finishing her statement she nodded and ran after her comrades.

 

I opened my eyes from my sleep. I saw that I’m alone in my room. Salem and Nahuel aren’t here anymore. As the sun was about to set for the day, The Amazon Coven left to return to their jungle. The three missed their forest far too much. And my family and I are now getting back to our peaceful lives.

I would miss them all. – I sighed – I should get prepared and not slumped on my bed all day. And as I was about to reach for the doorknob, a knock on my door startled me.

CHAPTER 15

*Bella’s P.O.V*

I was leaning in my chair while reading ‘A midsummer’s night dream’. This book reminds me so much of Edward, Jacob and me, about our stupid ‘Love triangle’ a long time ago. –I sighed – How stupid of me. What’s the point in remembering such a ridiculous past?

I stood to fix myself but I was disturbed by my husband’s angry voice, which was arguing with my best friend and son-in-law. – I shuddered – I can’t believe that I just said the s word for Jake. I inhaled a lot of air and let it out noisily.

Creepy, I thought. As I was rampaging my own head, I hurriedly went out of my room to see why those two are fighting again.

“No Jacob! You saw Bella when she carried her! I don’t want my daughter to suffer the same fate as her mother” my Edward yelled.

“But didn’t you listen to Carlisle?” Jacob countered.

“It’s ridiculous!”

“No! It’s not! You’re just afraid to be gramps! Aren’t you Edward!?”

Edward growled.

“What are you two arguing about on such a peaceful day!?” I asked.

Edward shifted his glare from Jacob to me, but he was still glaring. Wow, this must be bad.

“Edward? What’s wrong? Jake! What’s this all about?” I asked, my wind-chime voice was breaking. What’s wrong with those two? They always act like brothers, until now. Wait, Edward said about me and a ‘her’ sharing my fate. Hmmm. I wonder…

“Bella, love, don’t go straining yourself of trying to figure it out. I’ll tell you” Edward said, cutting off my train of thought.

“Alright. Tell me, then” I said.

“Jacob wants to re-marry, Nessie” Edward said, his tone was outraged.

I turned my confused expression towards Jacob. “Why? You two are already married”

“Married, allowed to kiss, hug, etc. But are we allowed to make a child of our own? Bella, I want to know how it feels too. To be one with the person you love, to see her carry your child, and to see the child.” Jacob explained, his tone was begging.

“She will carry a hybrid! You’ve seen the effects if someone carrying a hybrid child! You’ve seen what it did to Bella! I don’t want that to happen to my daughter, too” Edward yelled all of a sudden. He said it too fast. Good thing I kept my vampire ears open.

“But Carlisle has a point! A huge point, he could be right!” Jacob countered.

“Could!” Edward snapped.

They growled at each other, glaring . Did they forget the fact that I was here? I cleared my voice so that they'd notice me. Good thing they did.

“Excuse me, I’m still here. Don’t I get to be in this conversation? I’m Nessie’s mother, aren’t I?”

“Fine” Edward said, still glaring at Jake.

“Now” I said my tone flat. “Jake, what was Carlisle’s theory? It must good enough for you to argue with Edward”

“Dr. Fangs said–”

‘Jacob!” I cut him off, he was doing it again! “How many times do I have to remind you? Stop using Dr. Fang on Carlisle!”

“Oops, sorry”

“Just, don’t do it again. Now, what was Carlisle’s theory?”

“Well, the doc said that since Nessie is a hybrid, maybe carrying her own kind won’t affect her”

“But if she will carry a hybrid, it would be a half-vampire, half-werewolf or shape shifter. Something stronger than Renesmee’s kind. She may not handle it.”

I thought it over. Both of them have a point. But still … Wait! I got it!

“Wait!” I shouted.

Edward and Jacob looked at me. “I think… well, I think Renesmee should be the one to choose. I mean, this is mostly about her, more than it is about the both of you, Jake” I explained.

Edward's brow furrowed and his forehead creased. I guess hes deep in thought now. And Jacob joined him.

“You have a point, love” Edward said after a minute of silence. His eyes down.

“Yeah, you do, Bells”

I shrugged and smiled proudly. “Well, let’s just say, it’s a mother’s intuition.”

Jake laughed. “Alright, I’ll ask her” Jake said, then dashed out our cottage. Good thing Nessie slept at the mansion. I wonder what would have happened if she slept here.

I suddenly felt Edward’s arms around my waist. His eyes were following Jacob. “I hope she makes the right choice” he said.

“She always does. It may not always be right for us, but it’s still right for her, and that’s how I know she’s right and that she made the right decision.” I replied.

Edward sighed. “I guess”

I kissed him passionately. “Let’s just support them, whatever they’re decision is” He nodded and our eyes  followed Jacob’s trail.

CHAPTER 16

Jacob’s P.O.V*

 I dashed towards the mansion as fast as I could. Adrenaline rushed through me. I bet Nessie will say yes. But, still…She might not, maybe she’s afraid. Crap! I don’t know and I don’t care. Whatever Nessie’s choice, then that’s it, if she wants it as much as I want it to happen then, HURRAY! But if she doesn’t want to, then I’ll gladly follow her choice. As long as my Renesmee is happy, I’m happy.

 It took me only a few minutes to get to the mansion. As I got to the mouth of the forest I turned to my human form, good thing Esme left some clothing around here. When I took the clothes, i saw it was a Prada shirt.

I didn’t know Prada has boy stuff. I sniffed it closely. I was mistaken, Esme didn’t left this, Alice did. Like Bella once said to me, “Alice may not see you or Nessie or any of your kind, but she’s not slow, Jake. She never is and never will be.”

Ugh! But did it have to smell like her? I mean seriously, this is kind and all, but this stinks! I sighed.

She’s lucky I’m in a hurry, because I just put it on - even though I almost suffocated with her scent - in a hurry.

 When I was fully fixed and looked clean enough, I dashed inside the mansion. I ran past Alice who was arranging some flowers. I ran so fast that the flowers she was holding followed the air behind me. But I manage to hear her say ‘welcome’. Like Bella said, not slow.

 I knocked at Nessie’s door, impatiently.

She opened it sheepishly. Her brows furrowed and a crease was on her forehead. But when she looked up, seeing me, her frown was turned up-side-down.

“Jake!” she squealed.

“Hey Nessie, how are you feeling?” I asked.

“I’m fine. With all the danger and threats gone, I’m pretty happy.” She said, while closing her eyes.

“Oh, that’s good then.” I said.

She looked at me then, smiling. “Yes, it is good”

I shrugged. But she was at my side then, her head resting on my shoulder. “I missed you Jake. Why didn’t you sleep with me last night?” she asked with a pout. When she looked like that my heart was like fragile glass that was broken into a million pieces.

I automatically hugged her tightly. “I’m sorry Ness, I went hunting last night. I’m sorry”

She looked up at me. Her eyes were a mix of awe and forgiveness. “It’s okay. Just don’t do it gain, promise?”

I chuckled. “Yeah, yeah. I promise.”

She squealed and shouted “I love you Jake!” while hugging me tightly.

“Nessie, I want too ask you something”

“Sure, what is it Jake?”

I kneeled down in front of her and took the ring inside my pocket that I carved myself.

“Renesmee Carlie Cullen, will you marry me?” I asked.

She looked happy and amused, yet confused. “But Jake, we’re already married”

“I know, but this time, there’s a honeymoon”

“Honeymoon? Dad and mom allowed it?”

“Ummm…sorta”

She laughed hysterically. “Jake” she said, her eyes down, her forehead was creased again. “Jake, I’m not ready. But I want to, but –”

“But what, Nessie? You know I’m not forcing you to. Just answer Yes or No”

She looked down again. And after a brief moment she smiled and kissed me full on the lips. “Yes”

Her answer made my heart jolt. I practically jumped up and down while hugging her, tightly.

“Jake! Calm down! I-Can’t-breathe! Jake!” Nessie half-yelled, half whispered, but her tone was amused.

I sharply let go an inch. When she breathed a little, and air dashed inside her system I crushed her lips with mine. I felt her smile while kissing me. I smiled too.

 When our kiss broke we locked our awed gazes on each other. “I love you” she said.

She smiled solemnly, “As I love you, my Renesmee” And we kissed again. Knowing our near future would either be easy or hard, but surely, it would be interesting.

CHAPTER 17

I folded my clothes nice and easy inside my suitcase. Jake, Uncle Emmett, Uncle Jasper and Aunt Rose graduated seven days ago. So now, it’s Summer Vacation! I could still remember how I got to go to Isle Esme as my Vacation spot.

“Nessie dear, I heard you and Jacob are re-marrying., and allowed to have a honeymoon. May I ask, where are you having the wedding and honeymoon?” Grandma asked.

I looked up at Jake for him to answer because I didn’t have one clue.

“Well, actually I’m not really planning for Nessie and me to get married. Just plain honeymoon is on my mind actually” Jake had said, dad just snorted and everyone else laughed.

“Well, can I please make a suggestion?”

“Of course”

“Well, it’s more like a gift really” Jake and I just shrugged in response.“Would you both be enlightened to go to my island?”

“All the couples here went there already, except for the both of you”

“Wow! That would be awesome!” I squealed then hugged my grandmother.

“I’ll take that as a yes then”

“No! Take that as a SUPER, SUPER yes and thank you!” I replied, yelling.

I shook my head a little and giggling to myself. That was quite weird yet happy moment for me. I looked at the mirror, checking to make sure if I was ready and all. Jake and I are leaving later today.

Every time I remember I was going to Isle Esme with Jacob, my heart would always beat faster and flip. I saw my digital camera and some free memory for it. So I took it and threw it above my stuff inside the suitcase.

“I’m done!” I murmured. As I said it, a knock on my door made me jump a little.

“Nessie? May your mother and I come in?” dad asked on the other side of the door.

“Uh…sure”

Dad and mom went inside my room, holding hands as usual. But their expressions made me confused, especially my fathers.

“Dad? Mom? What’s wrong?” I asked while walking towards them. The three of us stopped in the center of my room. Mom suddenly hugged me really, really tight.

“Oh Nessie! I’ll really, really in eternity, miss you!” she said with tearless sobs.

“Calm down mom. It’s no big. Shh” I soothed my mother. I feel like crying myself. I’ve been away from my family especially my parents with a hundred mile radius before. Dad hugged us both in an instant.

“Just make sure you keep safe Renesmee. And if anything happens, and I mean anything we should now about, call at once. Do you understand me, Renesmee?” Dad said, parental as ever.

“Dad-” I started to whine.

“Renesmee. Please do understand that your giving me and your mother a heart attack, though the would HEART doesn’t apply to us.”

I giggled at his logic. “Dad, please calm down. Mom, you too. Jake and I are going to be all right. I’m a hundred years old for crying out loud!”

“We know Renesmee, your father and I just can’t help it. You are our daughter, and we don’t know what we will do if you would vanish into thin air and with us not knowing of your location or anything about you.” Mom said.

I nodded thoughtfully. “But mom, I’m with Jacob, remember that, and I could take care of myself. I’m a half-vampire and I’m with a shape shifter! And besides, Caden isn’t alive anymore, so I’ll be fine.”

“I know, but I think that's not what your father is thinking.” Mom said, touching my stomach as she did.

“Oh” that was all I could say. Now I understand what dad meant. – I sighed –

“Dad” I said, touching his cheek. I showed him what I wanted to say.

It will be fine dad. Calm down. What ever happens let it happen. Let fate take its course. Besides, Jake won’t let anything hurt me. He is as frantic about me as you when it comes to mom, you know. Dad, just calm down alright? I’ll be fine; I’m not your daughter for nothing. I teased at the last sentence.

Dad half smiled at my logic. He hugged me again and said, “Just take good care of yourself Renesmee. I love you”

“I love you too, dad” I said hugging him back. Mom just kept on her tearless sobs.

“Aw mom! Please stop it! You’re going to make me cry too!”

“Like I said, I can’t help it”

“You guys know I’ll be fine. Let’s stop with all this drama alright?” I said, my tone made the conversation final.

“It’s time Nessie!” Aunt Alice yelled suddenly, peeking through my door.

“Alice, couldn’t you see my family is having a moment?” dad said.

Aunt Alice just stuck her tongue out at him. Mom and I giggled.

“Well, let’s get going.” I said, trying to carry my two huge suitcases. When I was about to lift it, my hand suddenly felt blank, I looked around seeing my father holding it. “Let me carry it for dear.”

“Thanks dad.”

As we went out the cottage, I saw all of my family’s tearless sobs when they saw me. I would miss them while Jacob and I are away.

CHAPTER 18

As I walked outside I was handed from hug to hug by my family.

“Oh Nessie! I’ll really, really miss you!” Aunt Rosalie cried without tears.

“Oh Renesmee! Please be careful!” Grandma Esme and Grandpa Carlisle said.

“Nessie, take good care of yourself” Uncle Jasper said.

“Oh Nessie, I feel all alone with my clothes. I feel neglected” Aunt Alice whimpered.

“When I come back, I promise, you can dress me up for a whole day!” I vowed to soothe her. She squealed in happiness and in sadness.

“See ‘Ya Nessie!” Uncle Em said.

As all of my family’s tearless sobs finally came to an end, Jake and I went to my Vanquish.

“Jacob, take good care of my daughter” dad said, still in parental control.

“Like I would feed her to the sharks Edward. Seriously!” Jake snapped.

“Just don’t let anything happen to her Jake!” mom said. I heard the rest of my family’s agreeing voices.

“Sure, sure.” Jacob replied in a sarcastic tone.

 I hugged each and every one of family members before we left. I was still waving my good-byes even though the car was sailing away.

But before I lost sight of my family, I saw my mother hugging my father, her back on me, but what made me confused is that she was looking in front of the forest and I can’t be sure, but, it looked to me like – before I could see anyone in my family – I saw the bushes in front of mom move.

 Then I felt a sudden uneasiness. I shuddered delicately. Then Jacob’s hot hands were around me in an instant. This made me as calm as ever. As long as Jacob is with me, even if the devil was in front of me, to take us away, it didn’t matter. As long as we’re together, even if hell broke loose, I wouldn’t care.

 After a grouchy ten hour ride on a boat, Jacob and I finally made it to Isle Esme. Grandma Esme just gave us a map, because neither Jacob nor I knew anything about this island.

 Jake and I rode in a motor boat, it was really quiet, and the only things I could hear were heartbeats that Jacob and I owned. But the feeling was extraordinary. When we finally arrived, I saw a small house too similar with the mansion, only a little bit smaller. But it was perfect. I could smell, my mother’s and my father’s scents.

 Jake and I swam within the island’s radius; it’s been too long since I swam. I love the feeling of the waters, and even better, Jacob beside me. I glanced up at the full moon above us. It was such a peaceful and beautiful night. Nothing can match.

 And all of a sudden, hot hands were around my waist.

“How do you feel Nessie?” Jacob asked.

I maneuvered gently to his face and put my arms around his neck. “Perfect” I replied.

I slowly kissed him full on the lips, and we slowly entered the waters, uniting as one.

CHAPTER 19

Jake and I were hiking in the mountains on Isle Esme. We were having a great time, Jake and I were in the middle of our sweet moment, our lips were only few inches apart, but it was cut off by my phone buzzing.

I groaned at my cell, and Jake chuckled. I took it from my pocket and saw that it was my dad. It made me groan even more.

“Pick it up Ness.” Jake told me.

“Fine” I muttered, opening my phone. “Dad?”

“Renesmee? Is this you?” Mom’s voice asked.

“Mom? Yeah, this is me. What’s up?” I asked, she sounded sad.

“Renesmee. We have some bad news. Please come home immediately.”

“What is it mom?” I demanded.

“Renesmee, hold your tongue.” Mom said sternly.

“Oops, sorry. Now, what’s wrong?” I asked again.

“Just please come home. We have a lot to talk to.”

“Okay. I’ll find some tickets as soon as possible. Calm Down mom.”

“Okay…okay…Just…please hurry”

“Okay, bye mom”

“Good bye, take care of yourself Renesmee, Jake too.”

“Yeah, bye mom” I said then shut my phone.

“What’s up Ness? Is something wrong?” Jake asked me anxiously.

“Mom just called. And she wants us home. I think something bad is going to happen. I can feel it Jake.”

“Calm Down Nessie. It’ll be alright. Stop worrying, There’s someone here who will protect you” Jake whispered in my ear.

“Thanks Jake.” I mumbled.

“Anything for my wife.”

I laughed.

“Now let’s get packing.” I said.

Jake and I ran towards our house, well, Esme’s house in fact. We got there about two minutes later.

As I went inside, I quickly took a shower fixed myself and packed my stuff. Jake did pretty much the same. After everything was ready, I dialed the airport's number in my phone.

“Yes, hello?” a woman’s voice said.

“Yes, I want to reserve two tickets please” I said.

“Of course ma’am. Where to?”

I didn’t speak. I don’t want to go home yet. I still want to spend my time with my Jacob.

“Ma’am? Where do you want to go?” the woman asked again.

But my family needs me and Jake. I need to help. I need to go.

“Forks, Washington” I answered.

"and who should I reserve them for?"

"Renesmee and Jacob Black."

"Ok the soonest flight is tommorow night at eight p.m." She told me.

"Ok. we'll be there." I answered and hung up the phone.

CHAPTER 20

“Mom!” I yelled when I got to the house. Jake and I decided to go straight there rather than wait for them.

“Renesmee, how are you sweetheart?” mom asked, touching my cheek, with me still inside her hug.

I nodded and answered, “Yeah, I am. Is everyone else fine?” I asked.

Mom looked frightened in an instant as I asked. Something is wrong. Something is really wrong.

“Mom, what’s up?” I demanded. Mom didn’t answer.

“Bells, c’mon! Tell us.” Jake said.

“Renesmee…” mom said, she starting to cry tearlessly.

“Mom? Mom, what’s wrong?” I asked again.

“It’s your dad. And your Uncle Emmett” she muttered.

I let go of my hold from my mother, I suddenly I felt dizzy and I feel I was going to faint.

“Nessie!” Jake yelled as he catches my fall.

“I’m fine Jake” I said. Then I faced my mother. “Mom, what happened? Please tell me what happened” I begged.

“Let’s go inside first, this is not the place” mom whispered. She was dazed.

“Okay”

 As we went inside, Jake and I just left our luggage in the living room, because mom went straight up stairs, and no one was in the living room.

Mom, Jake and I went straight to Grandpa Carlisle’s room, there I saw dad and Uncle Emmett unconscious in separate beds.

I gasped.

“What happened!?” I demanded of no one.

Mom was beside dad, holding his hand. “Just after you and Jake left, a coven of newborn vampires attacked us. Your father tried to protect me, and he got knocked out.”

“And Uncle Em?” I asked.

Aunt Rose, who was beside Uncle Em answered, “He was trying to cover me up.”

“Why? Aunt Rose, I thought you were a capable fighter?” I asked.

“I am Nessie, it was just, we found a baby…” Aunt Rose said, showing me a child in her arms.

I closely examined the baby…and from what I analyzed made me gasped.

“It’s…it’s a…vampire. Oh god." I gasped.

 This is a going to a problem. Not just because the Volturi might kill us, but also because it might kill jacob.

CHAPTER 21

Grandpa Carlisle, Grandma Esme, Uncle Jasper, Aunt Rose and Jake were downstairs. Mom,  Aunt Alice, and I were upstairs, watching over dad and Uncle Em.

“Mom? Where did you find the vampire kid?” I asked for I was extremely curious.

“Well, I was the one who found it actually, just after I waved you and Jake good-bye, I saw the child move in the bushes. Everyone wanted to give it to the Volturi, but Rosalie wanted the child, and she even named it. She called the child Henry. Almost everyone disagreed.”

“Almost?” I asked.

“Well, you know Emmett. He would do whatever Rose wanted” Aunt Alice answered.

“Oh, but, when did the newborns attacked?” I asked, all the information was very confusing.

“Just when Rose picked up Henry, the newborns suddenly came out of no where.” Aunt Alice explained.

“I’m happy everyone is alright, I guess.”

“Not everyone” mom muttered, dazed as usual. Her eyes were locked on dad face. She was tearlessly sobbing again; I ran towards her and wrapped both arms around her shoulders.

“Shh…It’s going to be fine mom; dad’s going to wake up soon.” I soothed her. She just nodded.

After a while, I noticed that dad’s eyes were flickering.

“Edward?” mom gasped.

“Emmett?” Aunt Alice said suddenly, I turned my head toward her direction, she leaning toward Uncle Em. I also saw his eyes flicker.

“Ugh.” Dad groaned. I snapped my head back again to look at my father.

Dad was moving.

“Edward?” mom gasped again.

Dad finally opened his eyes. Then he  looked around the room until he spotted me and mom.

“Bella? Renesmee?” Dad asked us.

“Edward!” mom yelled, hugging dad really tight.

“Hey dad.” I muttered. I couldn’t get any closer. Mom was hogging dad. Jeez, over romantic much?

“Emmett!” Aunt Alice yelled.

I turned my gaze to Uncle Em. He blinked a few times then looked at us. “Alice? Nessie? Whoa…that was… weird.”

I ran downstairs with super vampire speed. “They’re awake!” I yelled. then they all turned their heads towards me. And a shocked but happy grin spread across their faces.

“Well? What are you waiting for? Christmas? C’mon!” I yelled. Then I ran upstairs and everybody following me.

When everyone was there, all I saw was hugging and laughing, Jake was even joking around with dad, and then suddenly mom was apologizing none stop. Of course dad was soothing her and shushing her gently.

Aunt Rose on the other hand was showing off their Henry to her husband. It was quite an awkward day. But of course I was really happy that Uncle Em and dad were awake now. I sighed in relief. And for that time, all I did was gently stroke my stomach.

 “Renesmee? Are you pregnant?” Aunt Alice suddenly asked me in a whisper.

CHAPTER 22

Great and it was supposed to be a surprise too. I thought. Oh! Darn it! Dad can hear. Well, to late now, Aunt Alice has already cracked me up.
